I am allowed to blame my youth but to tell the truth it’s my frustration.
I’m no angry Black woman but my loose lips may have fit the reputation.
As a Black woman in my field, we lack representation.
We are judged by our walk; they feel uneasy from intimidation.
Even the description of our stature is an exaggeration.
So, they want to push us to the point of resignation.
I’ve come to a realization
many issues are derived from miscommunications.
It could be solved by talking, but they’re led by misguided observations.
The enemy will try to discourage you. They will try to make you shrink back in fear and insecurity. So, you will not step up to the plate and be who you are called to be.
